Ltd. in year 1983 to look after the transport requirements of the group activities. In a global tender Container Freight Station and Buffer Container Yard JNP has been taken over by the company from 01-01-2006 on Management and maintenance license for a period of 30 years. SML is a public limited (unlisted) company. It is flagship company of the DBC Group. The company is leading Container terminal operators at Mumbai Port for last 25 years & at JNPT for last 2 years.

Our Services   The import containers are moved from the Port to the CFS on an En-block arrangement with the shipping lines within shortest period as the CFS is located in close proximity to the terminals. A fleet of 150 trailers are being engaged for transporting the containers from Port round the clock.       A shed measuring 1,00,000 Sq. Ft. has been earmarked exclusively for carting export cargo.  All the stuffing points have been provided with dock levelers to enable stuffing by forklifts.  The shed is provided with a cage measuring 3000 Sq. Ft. for the storage of high value cargo.     This is a open yard measuring 14,000 Sq. Mtrs. which caters to the needs of factory stuffed export containers awaiting custom clearance.  The containers are moved to the port as per the port cut off of the nominated vessel.     A shed measuring 1,10,000 Sq. Ft. is being operated as a Public Bonded Warehouse for the storage of non-duty paid import cargo to avail the facility of deferred payment.   A cage measuring 3000 Sq. Ft. is provided in the bonded warehouse for the storage of precious cargo.
